We’ll start with a short presentation on pitch fundamentals tailored to the Web Summit environment—what investors are listening for, how to lead with clarity, and how to make your message stick. Then, we’ll move into breakout sessions for feedback, refining, and rehearsing in a supportive, founder-first space.

Event Speakers' Bio:
- Traven Joseph is an Investment Analyst at Raven Indigenous Capital Partners, where he supports the U.S. team in building strategic partnerships with Indigenous entrepreneurs. He is responsible for identifying mission-aligned investment opportunities, conducting financial, operational, and impact due diligence, and presenting comprehensive investment memoranda. Traven works closely with entrepreneurs to help scale their businesses and expand community benefit streams, while also supporting fund reporting activities. Based in Oregon, he contributes to Raven's broader mission by actively engaging in industry networking and ecosystem-building efforts.
-Elizabeth Bunney is the Co-Founder and CEO of Spark Agency Group, Canada’s first Indigenous-owned and led full-service marketing and communications agency. With over 20 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, and event planning, she brings a relationship-centered approach deeply rooted in her Métis identity and storytelling tradition. At Spark, Elizabeth leads a collective of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit professionals to deliver transformative strategies that honor Indigenous voices and disrupt the status quo in the industry. Backed by Maskwa Investments Inc., her work represents a powerful intersection of culture, purpose, and impact.
