About Event

On the final day of 47G-Utah Hard Tech Week, we will explore how the way we work is changing, and why we all live in that workspace.
- Skilled trades are short of people.
- Culture decides who stays and who leaves.
- Labor on demand is quietly rewriting how businesses staff shifts, jobs, and seasons.

On October 30, a room of builders, employers, work opportunity seekers, HR leaders, and community connectors will explore what that means, where each of us fits, and celebrate the launch of TimeBlok.Work, and YOU are invited to join the pilot.

We will also be paying homage to Dr. John Mott a cherished team member we lost too early this past August.

Be part of the solution, not the problem.
