The Challenge We are challenging developers, founders, and AI engineers to build applications that address critical issues in the industry, such as:
Sustainability: Tools to measure, optimize, or reduce the carbon footprint of buildings.
Housing Affordability: AI solutions that streamline processes to make housing more accessible and cost-effective.
Operational Efficiency: Automating the heavy manual workflows that slow down the industry.
