Local Hubs by WorkforClimate is Sydney’s new monthly gathering for people passionate about driving climate action inside medium to large companies across all sectors. Each session features a guest speaker who’s leading change from the inside or outside, sharing real stories, challenges, and tactics.

Ashita has led teams driving digital transformation and innovation projects across multiple sectors including banking, transport, market research, manufacturing, telecommunications and public services. With more than two decades in tech, Ashita blends strategic thinking with a deep passion for people, sustainability, and using data and AI to create lasting impact.

Ewan Hall
Visual Storyteller & Change-Maker
Ewan is a big-picture thinker who uses visual storytelling to spark social and environmental change inside corporations. A former Macquarie change-maker and co-founder of EthicCo, he’s worked across complex corporate environments, translating big ideas into compelling visuals that inspire action. Ewan believes visuals can say what words can’t, softening hard truths and making bold ideas impossible to ignore. Today, he applies that creative lens to the climate movement, helping people see the possibilities for change and take action from within their workplaces.
