AI Idea Lab @ Antler 🚀
Why this, why now
AI is moving from demos to deployment. In our region, AI spend reached $4.5B (2024) and is forecast to $ reach $14.6B by 2028, signalling enterprise momentum.
Inside companies, 75% of knowledge workers already use AI at work; the winners are translating that usage into measurable P&L impact.
We’re convening a small room to map practical, venture-backable use cases.
What this is:
A closed, working roundtable to surface the most investable AI workflows and pressure-test build choices (data, delivery, GTM).
Who should attend
Founders/operators building AI-led products (B2B and selective B2C)
Data/ML, product & engineering leads with live pilots or clear enterprise problems
Domain experts (ops, finance, CX, supply chain, risk) with high-value workflows to fix
What you’ll do:
Opening Circle (20 min) – Intros
Problem Deep-Dive (45 min) – Small groups map the top 2–3 unsolved problems and present back
Root-Cause Jam – Why do these problems persist? What’s broken in incentives, tooling, policy, and data?
Solution Ideation Battle (40 min) – 60-second lightning pitches: What would you build? Why you? Why now?
Mixer – Open conversations with Antler partners and peers
