About the Event
Artificial Intelligence is transforming education faster than ever – from personalized learning to new models of assessment and accessibility. This event is part of the new Speaker Series by The AI Collective Poland in collaboration with AGH University, bringing together pioneers, educators, and innovators to explore how AI is reshaping the future of learning.
We will explore how AI can support teaching, broaden access to education for diverse groups (including learners with disabilities or different backgrounds), and what emerging trends are shaping the future of learning worldwide.
Join us for an afternoon of inspiring keynotes, a thought-provoking panel discussion, and meaningful networking with academics, founders, and industry experts.
This will be a bilingual event – some talks will be in English and others in Polish.

How Mindo’s AI assistant helps children learn independently and think critically, complementing rather than replacing teachers. Patrycja will present the educational perspective and product vision from Mindo, while Anna, leading the development team at 1000ideas and also a parent, will share both the technological journey of building the platform and her personal view on how such tools support real student needs.

About the Speakers:
Rajesh Bysani – Former CPO at Brainly
Rajesh is a seasoned product and growth leader with 20+ years of experience across consumer internet, fintech, marketplaces, and edtech. As Chief Product Officer at Brainly, he helped scale the platform to over 300M global users, making it one of the world’s most widely used edtech apps. He previously drove growth at FreeCharge and Zoomcar, gaining expertise in digital payments and shared economy marketplaces. Today, Rajesh focuses on the transformative power of AI, exploring how adaptive learning and AI tutors can augment teachers and enhance student learning worldwide.
Patrycja Kosińska – Product Owner, PZPO
Patrycja co-develops the Internet Education Platform at the PZPO, one of Poland’s first large-scale e-learning tools. She has several years of experience managing tech-education projects and designing modern solutions that support independent learning. Fascinated by new technologies in education, she focuses on tools that enhance student autonomy, engagement, and accessibility.
Anna Doliszna – Head of Projects & Operations Lead, 1000ideas
Anna leads cross-functional teams delivering software projects using her professional background as a Business Analyst and Product Owner. At 1000ideas, she works closely with clients in the education sector, translating complex needs into actionable solutions. She is passionate about digital accessibility and building effective collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring innovation goes hand in hand with inclusivity.
Julia Zakrocka – Digital Accessibility Designer, IDEACTO
Julia is a digital accessibility designer, facilitator, and illustrator living with a disability, which gives her a unique perspective on inclusive design. She co-teaches Digital Accessibility courses at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Wrocław. Julia graduated with honors in Visual Communication Design from SWPS University. She is an active member of the Accessibility Meetup Poznań, an initiative that brings the topic of digital accessibility closer to businesses and the wider public.
She has collaborated with organizations such as Skyscanner, InPost, Allegro, NIK, Credit Agricole, mBank, Santander, Vasco Electronics, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, and Fundacja Avalon.
Sebastian Białas – CEO Push Buttons & Edubba
Sebastian is the CEO and founder of the UX agency Push Buttons and the EdTech startup Edubba. With over 15 years of experience in IT, he specializes in user experience design and product strategy. He is the author of the e-book “Zanim Zainwestujesz”, focused on business idea validation, and has co-created public sector projects worth more than 300 million PLN. Through Edubba, Sebastian is building ethical EdTech solutions designed to support teachers, combining innovation with responsibility.
Krzysztof Kosman – Co-founder, EdTech Dots
Krzysztof is the co-founder of EdTech Dots, a community connecting educators, founders, and innovators across Europe. He creates and grows digital products, combining experience in software development, product design, and team leadership. Passionate about sharing knowledge, he explores how AI and automation can transform business and education through his EdTech Dots podcast. Krzysztof focuses on connecting founders, technologists, and educators to exchange ideas and build practical, human-centered solutions together.
