ALLOCATOR FORUM NYC | Diligencing Investments for the Modern Economy
A private breakfast roundtable for allocators, family offices, and institutional decision-makers navigating the forces reshaping private credit, fixed income, and alternative yield. 50 curated seats. Application required.
WHAT IS THIS?
Allocator Forum is a small-format, high-trust working session for allocators and institutional investors who want clarity on where durable yield lives in a rapidly shifting economy and what diligence frameworks are required to capture it.
AI is rewriting which borrowers are safe. Fee structures are being exposed. Liquidity expectations have permanently shifted. The allocators who build frameworks for this environment now will outperform. The ones who wait will keep leaving 200-400 basis points on the table.
Format: Six facilitated roundtables over breakfast. Three 30-minute rotations. Each table covers a specific diligence topic led by a practitioner. You'll sit with a curated mix of allocators, fund managers, and operators at each table, then rotate to a new topic and new group.
ROUNDTABLE TOPICS
Private Credit Where durable yield lives. Fee drag reality (legacy 3-8% all-in vs. modern structures). How modern infrastructure compresses costs without adding risk.
Due Diligence for Modern Funds New questions to ask fund managers: on-chain audit trails, smart contract NAV, tokenized shares. What "trust but verify" looks like in 2026.
Liquidity & Structure Lock-up fatigue in uncertain macro. How modern rails enable 90-day redemption windows. What liquidity profile actually serves your portfolio today.
AI & Durable Businesses Which businesses get stronger with AI? How to underwrite durability. Where the "services, not software" thesis creates investable opportunities.
Custody & Counterparty Risk Segregated assets, real-time attestation, qualified custody. What's the gold standard? What should you demand from your managers?
Portfolio Construction & Treasury Alternatives allocation sizing. Private credit, real assets, structured products, treasury strategies. Where modern fund structures change the math.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Allocators & Treasury (priority) — Family offices, endowments, foundations, CIOs, portfolio managers, heads of research, corporate and protocol treasury teams, select RIAs
Operators (invited) — Legal/compliance, fund admin, custody, reporting, risk. Invited to contribute perspectives, not sell services.
Issuer Observers (limited) — A small number of fund managers/issuers may attend to understand allocator diligence requirements
