在数字经济快速发展的今天，人工智能（AI）与区块链技术的结合正在重新定义商业模式和运作方式。AI为区块链提供了智能化的数据处理能力，而区块链则为AI提供了透明性和安全性。本论坛旨在汇聚洛杉矶及南加州的创业者、行业专家、投资者及学术界精英，共同探讨AI与区块链的交叉创新，推动技术进步与商业应用。

Dr. Yu Bai ：is an Associate Professor and the Co-Director of the Intelligent Computing Research Lab at California State University, Fullerton and University of California Irvine. With expertise in emerging machine learning techniques, energy-efficient AI systems, and interdisciplinary applications of AI, his research spans neuromorphic computing, deep learning in IoT devices, and big data visualization. Dr. Bai has authored over 50+ peer-reviewed publications in prestigious venues with key contributions in efficient neural network optimization, AI hardware co-design, and hyperspectral imaging. Recognized with numerous accolades, including the Best Researcher Award (2023) from Citation Award and the Faculty Scholarly and Creative Activity Award (2021) and recognition of Who's Who in America 2024, Dr. Bai has secured over $2 million in competitive funding from agencies such as the NSF, the Army Research Office, and industry-academic partnerships. His funded projects include groundbreaking work on edge-based AI architectures, AI in biological systems, and inclusive strategies for AI education. A National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) awardee, Dr. Bai is committed to advancing AI research and fostering a diverse and inclusive STEM community through his teaching and mentorship.
