Pause & Create: A Women’s Mental Health & Origami Gathering
Join us for an uplifting evening of heartfelt conversation, mindful creativity, and meaningful connection on women’s mental health.
“Pause & Create” is a restorative gathering for women seeking pause and presence in the midst of modern-day overwhelm. We’ll begin with a cozy panel featuring:
Sartaj Kaur – Author of Be Unravelled, a research-backed gratitude and wellness journal with practices to support human flourishing.
Sachi Singh – Founder & CEO of Rootless and Substack writer on intentional living and navigating the “messy middle” of life.
Radhika Rao – Artist, educator, and facilitator who integrates theater, comedy and coaching to empower individuals to find their voice and create impactful social experiences.
Together, they’ll explore how we can move beyond survival to flourishing—reflecting on the pressures we carry, the stories we’re rewriting, and the practices that help us feel more whole. 🌻
After the conversation, we’ll move into a calming origami activity—folding paper flowers, cranes, boxes, etc. as a way to slow down and tap into our creativity. The act of folding becomes a gentle pause, leaving you with a handmade creation to take home as a symbol of your care and presence.
We’ll end with a community reflection and casual social gathering.
All materials and snacks & refreshments will be provided.
