About Event

Most sustainability efforts stall not because people do not care, but because the options we ask them to adopt still feel like a trade-off: more expensive, less convenient, or designed without them in mind.

This workshop offers a practical shift. Drawing on Conscious Marketing principles and behavioural science, it moves from the question "how do we persuade more people?" to "how do we design something people actually want to be part of? How do we communicate about it?"

You will work as both a professional and a citizen, using a simple redesign tool to explore a shared challenge and see how it could apply in your own context.

Who Should Join
Purpose-led brands, nonprofits, ecosystem partners (investors, VCs, accelerators), and organisations working on sustainability, behaviour change, or community engagement. No prior knowledge of marketing or behavioural science required.

What you will leave with

  • A reframe of why awareness-led approaches often fall short, and what a citizen-centred alternative looks like

  • A simple redesign tool you can bring back to your team

Created by Collective Matter

• Anne‑Marie Brouillette, Founder, Collective Matter – Brand & Creative Strategy Consulting
