The Great Business Bake Off: an AI Agent Hackathon
The Great Business Bake Off is Theory Ventures' second annual AI agent hackathon. You inherit a bakery business, and you and your team of AI agents have five hours to make it the most profitable bakery in town.
The Challenge
Your agents connect to the bakery, dig through its history, and help you decide what to do. You can set prices, hire staff, change the menu, and expand across town, while handling the curveballs along the way.
Who Should Apply
This is for AI engineers, data scientists, and founders who build with agents. Last year, 114 bakers joined us from NVIDIA, Meta, Google, Anthropic, and dozens of AI startups. Spots are limited and registration requires approval, so apply early.

Before You Bake
This is a solo hackathon. You can bring a friend (they'll need to register too), but only you are on the keyboard. Bring your computer, your charger, and your favorite agents. We'll provide dinner and refreshments. Prizes will be announced soon.
