Climate Designers: Successes & Struggles
You're trying to do good climate work, but something keeps getting in the way.
A client who won't budge. A company that doesn't care. A budget that makes real sustainability impossible. A "green" claim you know is greenwash.
You're not alone.
Successes & Struggles is a guided networking session for designers working where design meets climate. Brand, product, UX, industrial, architecture: every discipline is welcome.
We'll split into small breakout rooms, work through a few simple prompts, and trade honest stories about the wins, the challenges, and everything in between.
Bring one real thing from your work. It can be a win worth sharing or a wall you keep hitting.
You'll leave with a little bet. One tactic you got from someone else's win, which you'll try in your own work within two weeks. It should be small enough to actually do and specific enough to tell if it worked.
We encourage you to come back and share your progress.
Successes & Struggles is building the infrastructure for a climate-forward design industry.
Breakout rooms will be used for small group discussions. Due to the nature of the event format and the subject matter, these event will not be recorded.
We aim to end the main event at 5pm PT, leaving the last 30 minutes open to larger group discussions. Feel free to jump off at 5pm or stay on til the end!
