Drawing on insights from the weekend’s placemaking journeys, the discussion examines the transition from consumption-led tourism to regenerative systems—focused on restoring ecosystems, strengthening local livelihoods, and sustaining cultural identity through aligned policy, community leadership, and creative ecosystems.

The session reflects on commitments, partnerships, and pathways needed to translate ideas into long-term impact.
