​We'll spend the morning helping you tackle your biggest challenge, then shift gears in the afternoon to reflect and recharge.

​Morning - Work Phase (9AM-1PM)

​9:00 AM: Open Networking. Grab tea/coffee and mingle with mentors and other founders.

​9:45 AM: Check-In Circle. Introduce yourself to the group and declare your one big task for the day.

​10:00 AM: Focus Time. Find a quiet spot for deep work or collaborate with peers in a breakout room.

​12:00 PM: Intentional Goal-Setting for Founders. Workshop led by Oscar Correa to review 2025 wins and architect your 2026 roadmap.

​Afternoon - Wellness Phase (1PM-6PM)

​Continue working, or join our wellness retreat experience.

​1:00 PM: Brunch Buffet. Healthy, fueling vegetarian meal (vegan & GF available)

​1:30 PM: Spa Opens. Hot tub, sauna and cold plunge are open for the day (bring a swimsuit & a towel!)

​2:45 PM: Hands-On AI Salon. ​Explore AI tools and their applications for productivity, creativity, and mindful integration.

​4:00 PM: Dynamic Reboot. Elevate your workday with a movement practice designed to help you reset and recenter. In this 45-minute session, we’ll explore practices from qigong, yoga, and mobility work to recalibrate and ground both body and mind. Session by Ashtyn Reese

​5:00 PM: Community Clean-Up & Wind-down. ​Join the Alpaca community in closing the space for the day.
SPAradise will remain open for those who want to keep on enjoying the sauna, cold plunge and hot tub.
