WomenWise presents: At The Table: IWD Breakfast for Women in Tech
A breakfast bringing together 30 women in tech leadership - whether you're a Lead, Head of, Director, a VP, C Suite, or someone transitioning into that leadership - to connect, have open conversations, learn something new and empower each other.
The higher you get, the fewer women are around you and the harder it is to find spaces where you can be really honest about what leadership looks like. That's what this morning is for.
Over breakfast at The IN Group offices, we'll hear from three incredible women in tech on everything from personal branding and owning your narrative, to navigating imposter syndrome, career transitions, and what it actually takes to lead at a senior level right now.
The Morning:
Regina Quartey - Director, Head of Strategy & Portfolio Office (Technology Operations) at WPP, opens with a talk on personal branding: why your employer doesn't own your LinkedIn, how to build visibility on your own terms, and why your personal brand might be the most underused tool in your career.
Fireside chat with Carole Kingsbury (Chief Technology Officer of C&C Group) exploring the honest realities of senior leadership - from outgrowing roles and navigating workplace politics, to the "failures" that redirected their career and what they've had to unlearn along the way.
All come together for an open Q&A before we close with a chance to connect with your peers across industries and connect with like-minded women interested in the same conversations.
Breakfast and beverages provided.
