About Event

The BREW Conference

Privacy Matters is a one-day program during Berlin Blockchain Week exploring privacy in decentralized systems.

BREW brings together projects, critical thinkers and builders who value privacy as a digital human right, while also examining how these systems can work in practice and within real constraints.

Throughout the day, we will explore some of the latest developments in privacy technology, from privacy-preserving infrastructure and cryptography to open-source hardware and sovereign digital systems.

The program combines talks, panel discussions, demonstrations and hands-on workshops, offering a broad perspective on what is currently being built and the challenges and trade-offs involved in bringing these technologies into practice.
