Ria Kalsi is the Founder & CEO of Matriarch, the business teaching you what you didn’t learn at school. Ria has worked with hundreds of schools and leading organisations including Amazon, Verizon, King’s College London and The Telegraph, empowering more than 4000 participants through Matriarch’s workshops.
Her philosophy is simple: be who you needed when you were younger. It runs through everything she builds - from the way Matriarch teaches, to the spaces it creates for people to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
What Ria will cover
Whilst Matriarch teaches across four key topics (DEI, mental health, grief and self-empowerment), there are core, transferable skills across them all such as empathy, compassion and understanding.
