   • ​This event is perfect for designers with a few years of experience (at least intermediate) and start-ups or companies looking for their next designer or design contractor in the next few weeks or a few months.

3. ​What's the format of this event?

   • ​It's a casual networking event. You don't need to bring a resume or anything. For founders, you can just bring your best ideas and what you are working on to the table.
