Taper #16 launch! tiny computational poetry ≤ 2KB
computational poetry reading group @ tiat presents a special event and launch party for Taper #16: For Good Measure. Taper is a browser-based literary journal for tiny computational works within 2 kilobytes (2048 bytes).
We will be joined by contributors Leia S. Chang, Tyler Freeman (odbol), Alicia Guo, and Parsa Rahimi, who will read from and share process from their Taper #16 works.
Taper #16 will be on display in the gallery for attendees to interact with, and a brief workshop/tutorial from Taper editor Helen Shewolfe Tseng will encourage attendees to write and submit their own tiny computational poems to a future issue.
computational poetry reading group is a recurring series of gatherings at the intersection of language and technology.
