About Event
In this workshop, you'll get to know the general principles and concepts of machine learning such as feature handling/preprocessing, data split, cross validation, data leakage and evaluation metrics.
We'll work with various biological data sets, which are publicly accessible and easy to handle, to demonstrate multivariate and ridge regression, random forests, KNN and PCA.
