We've just finished a brand new AI coding harness called Aura. This combines the best of two worlds:
A next-gen embedded runtime
A best-of-breed OSS harness
The harness alone sees 61% reduction on output tokens, and a 15% to 25% savings on overall token context compared to traditional harnesses, with improvements to wall-clock time and task effectiveness, too.
What's novel about this? The embedded runtime enables your favorite model - Claude, GPT, whatever - to see inside a running program and debug it in realtime.
We want to put it in the hands of people who will actually push it to its limits before anyone else gets to. So we're inviting you all to our office and turning it into a one night build session.
Bring your laptop and whatever project you've been meaning to start (or that side quest you keep putting off). The Elide engineers who actually built Aura will be right there with you the whole time, helping you get set up, unsticking you when things break, and taking your bug reports on the spot.
