Berachain
Berachain is a Proof-of-Stake Layer-1 that aims to realign incentives between users, validators, and applications. Unlike most PoS chains, where validator rewards are fixed and disconnected from actual demand, BeraChain’s design ties validator compensation to the value created by applications. This way, the chain derives its worth from the activity built on top of it, ensuring validators are rewarded fairly for economic security while avoiding overpayment when demand is low.
