🧠The AI Collective | Parenting in the Age of AI
AI is already shaping how children learn, communicate, and explore the world through school tools, homework help, chat platforms, and social media.
Yet many parents are still asking:
Is AI safe for children?
Who is responsible when AI systems go wrong?
How much control do parents really have?
Can we guide children without cutting them off from technology?
AI cannot be wished away.
But parents can choose to be informed, prepared, and involved.
This session is a calm, parent-first conversation focused on responsibility and real-world realities.
What We’ll Talk About
Why AI can be risky for children, even with safety protocols
What real-world failures teach us about responsibility
The difference between unsupervised use and guided engagement
How parents can move from fear or avoidance to informed participation
