• ​Cancellations made fourteen (14) or more days prior to the scheduled event will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.

• ​Cancellations made between seven (7) and thirteen (13) days prior to the scheduled event will be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund of the registration fee.

• ​Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost, provided that the organizer is notified at least forty-eight (48) hours before the event.
