​Regen Haus – Residency Overview

​Welcome to our Regen Haus, a professional, comfortable and beautiful Patagonian house, surrounded by water and nature.
Here, you’ll find the perfect balance between community living and individual privacy, ideal if you are coming to Edge City looking for a meaningful experience and purpose.

​🌱 Accommodation

• ​Comfortables shared rooms with natural light and private bathrooms and Patagonian breakfast included. Each room can be shared between 2 or 3 people (friends, partners, or co-creators) or booked as a private room just for yourself.

• ​Our house offers a premium environment: privacy, comfort, and professional but chill organization, without the “student dorm” feel.

• ​Spaces to relax: A spacious natural park with a river in the garden, heated pool, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue pavilion and large common and private spaces.

​🌱 Activities & Community

​During your stay, you’ll join a journey of exploration and co-creation:

• ​Bioregional Immersion: Learning from local culture and history, including indigenous Mapuche perspectives.

• ​Participating in prototyping sessions to imagine and test new ways of living.

• ​Engaging in workshops and activities around regeneration, design, and community building.

• ​Public Gatherings: Enjoying social spaces such as asados, storytelling nights, movie and documentary nights, music circles, board games meetings and riverside gatherings.

• ​Regeneration of the being: We'll offer optional meditations, yoga classes, activities in the nature, art circles, writing circles and ice baths, and forest bathing. Each participant can suggest activities, games, and spaces to share.

​💸 Economic Exchange

​We offer for a share room with breakfast included:

• ​Monthly stay (best value for deep immersion) : USD 1,550

• ​Weekly stay (join for a shorter but meaningful experience) : USD 400
