About Event

Where movement & dance become media art, collaboration becomes creation, and “the overall impact surpassed the parts.”

Join us for the inaugural Total Art + Tech meet-up at Kingsborough - an interdisciplinary experience connecting movement and dance, performing and visual arts, and emerging technologies to examine how contemporary art is created, documented, and shared today.

Hosted on the Kingsborough Community College campus in Brooklyn, New York, this first-of-its-kind event introduces a new creative initiative that places movement and dance at its core - expanded through film, video, AI-amplified visuals, and thoughtfully applied Web3 tools.

Total Art + Tech is organized by Brighton Ballet Theater Co., Inc. and LV Agency, Inc., and hosted and curated by SurR.Ai, drawing on decades of leadership in dance education, cultural production, and contemporary art-and-technology practice.

About Total Art + Tech

Total Art + Tech is an interdisciplinary networking media lab that places movement and dance at the center of creation, extending into other performing arts, visual arts, and Web3 technologies through future live performance pathways and professionally produced film and video works.

Inspired by the concept of Gesamtkunstwerk (“total art”), the initiative explores how movement-based practices can evolve into complete, collaborative works - uniting performers, artists, technologists, and educators within a single creative ecosystem.

Technology is approached not as spectacle, but as infrastructure: a means for documentation, authorship, access, and long-term cultural memory.
