The Natural History Museum at Tring, located in Hertfordshire is a renowned institution, housing the vast and eccentric zoological collection. Part of the Natural History Museum London, it features meticulously preserved displays of mammals, birds, insects and fish. The galleries feature diverse collections containing everything from tiny beetles to large, exotic and extinct specimens. The museum is also home to an extensive bird research collection. It is noted for its beautiful, quiet and timeless atmosphere, offering a more intimate experience than its London counterpart.
