EPC Unscripted is a casual, invite-only gathering that brings together a thoughtful mix of design leaders and mid- to lead-level design professionals for open, honest conversations.
This edition of EPC Unscripted brings together design leaders and experienced designers for an open conversation on the real dynamics of scaling design teams both up and down.
Over coffee and nibbles, the session will flow through introductions, shared reflections, and an open Q&A with design leaders on what changes as teams grow, what becomes harder to sustain, how structures evolve, and what it takes to navigate through different stages of scale. The session will also explore the other side of the story: scaling down, restructuring, and leading teams through tighter conditions.
