Henry Kostalik is the Government R&D Business Development Manager at Solventum, the 3M healthcare spin out, where he focuses on advancing research partnerships and innovation in healthcare and related fields. Henry brings extensive experience in technology commercialization and program management, having previously served as Technology Program Manager at BioMADE and Intellectual Property Manager at 3M. He holds a Ph.D. in Synthetic Polymer Chemistry from Cornell University and a B.S. in Chemistry and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth. With a career spanning roles in academia, industry, and government collaborations, Henry offers unique insights into translating scientific discoveries into impactful technologies.
Tim Tripp is a seasoned professional in the Twin Cities life science ecosystem. Tim holds an MS in Molecular Biology and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and has built his career at the intersection of scientific innovation and commercial strategy. Currently, Tim serves as the External R&D Partnerships Leader at Solventum. Tim will share his journey through his early roles in translational research and business development, and culminating in his current leadership work at Solventum.
