About Event

Join us and 100+ hackers from all across Europe and beyond for the Civil Resilience Technology Hackathon — Wildfire Edition on May 29–31, 2026, in Berlin.

Wanna come as a visitor? Join our EUCIV Community here: https://community.euciv.com/

Goal

We want to bridge the gaps between technologists, the public sector, investors, civil protection actors, infrastructure stakeholders, and operators working on resilience technology. This hackathon will demonstrate the talent and drive of the European civil resilience ecosystem.

The hackathon is focused on civil resilience technology, with a special focus on wildfire prevention and active response: tools, systems, and ideas that help societies prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruption.

Get inspired by the challenges we have prepared, or feel free to bring your own project. You’ll get feedback from people working close to real-world resilience, emergency response, infrastructure, and civil protection challenges to ensure you’re solving relevant problems.

Our goal with the hackathon is to put you in a position to continue towards deployment.

Visitors

If you’re curious about the outcomes and what the teams have built, you can join the Demo Day on Sunday as an EUCIV Community visitor by selecting a Community Visitor ticket.
