About Event

Founder Athlete x SheFighter: Intro to Boxing + Muay Thai

A low-pressure, high-energy community training session for founders, builders, and friends — no experience needed, no sparring.


Founder Athlete x SheFighter is bringing the founder ecosystem back in-person — not through forced networking, but through a shared training room.

This session is designed for high performers who want to learn the fundamentals, get a great sweat in, and meet real people in a real setting. Expect coaching, structure, and good energy.

Fundamentals-focused.
Limited spots to keep the room safe, coached, and high-quality.

Run of Show (12:15–2:00 PM)

12:15–12:30 — Arrival + check-in (waiver + gear check)
12:30–12:35 — Welcome + safety briefing
12:35–1:00 — Boxing fundamentals (stance, movement, basic combos + coached drills)
1:00–1:25 — Muay Thai fundamentals (basic strikes + controlled technique drills)
1:25–1:30 — Short finisher + cooldown
Training runs 12:30–1:30
1:30–2:00 — Community hang (chat, connect, group photo)

Please arrive by 12:25 — we start on time.

  • Founders, operators, builders — and friends (open to anyone)

  • First-timers who want a safe intro to striking

  • Anyone who wants community without networking theater

  • You do not need experience or “fitness level” to join — everything is coached + scalable


What’s Provided

What To Bring

🥊 Bring your own gloves + hand wraps

  • Wraps available at SheFighter for $15 (limited stock)

  • Wear comfortable training clothes you can move in

  • Bring water (you’ll sweat)

Tip if you’re unsure: 12–16 oz boxing gloves are a safe default for beginners.


Safety Standards (non-negotiable)

  • Beginner-friendly, fundamentals-focused. No sparring.

  • Coach-led drills only, controlled pace, technique-first

  • Limited capacity to keep coaching + safety high

  • Waiver required (digital preferred; can be confirmed at check-in)
