With a background in architecture, he brings a spatial and systems-based perspective to immersive technology. At World Labs, he prototypes tools, interfaces, and experiences that blend the virtual and physical worlds - including Marble, World Labs' world generation platform.
βπ€Lukasz Mirocha is a 3D Gaussian Splatting researcher and consultant working at the intersection of reality capture, world models, and spatial computing. With a PhD in Creative Media and years of experience building end-to-end 3DGS pipelines, he bridges academic research and practical production workflows. As the founder of Opus Lab 3D and a Dell Pro Precision Ambassador, he collaborates closely with leading spatial tech companies including XGRIDS and World Labs, and has presented his work at SIGGRAPH. At the workshop, he will walk through captured 3DGS pipelines and 3D reconstruction workflows using XGRIDS hardware.
βπ€ Nigel Hartman combines software engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), and extended reality (XR) to create cutting-edge digital experiences. With years of experience at Deutsche Telekom and a background in bioinformatics, he bridges scientific insight with real-world development. As a Snap Spectacles Developer and founder of a tech-focused company, he is actively pushing the boundaries of immersive AI applications. Nigel has won multiple XR hackathons, including the Snap Spectacles Community Challenge, and continues to explore how AI can enhance spatial computing.
