​What we will do: On 09/01, we will be hosting a foundational gathering to connect people and communities, share food and stories, and identify common challenges, needs, and resources. The evening will spark local actions, future events, and ongoing collaboration to strengthen Brussels through collective action and mutual support.

​Why: We cannot continue to keep waiting for politics to form a government (and if one finally emerges, will it really be able to address our needs?).

​For whom: Brussels citizens that are part of various different communities and organisations that want to explore other ways than relying on the goverment to address their needs and issues in 2026.

Where: At the Commons Hub, a shared house for communities and the commons in front of Central Station.

​How to prepare? Reach out to your community or organisation to identify your priorities in 2026. What are your needs, what is it that you can offer to Brussels and to other communities? Share what you can contribute for this first gathering (time to help organise, food, facilitation skills, ...)
