About Celena Fields: With nearly a decade of experience across sports, music and entertainment, Celena Fields has emerged as a dynamic force, blending expertise with an unyielding passion for uplifting Black and Brown creatives, artists and rising executives. Her journey has spanned across streaming, a variety of brands, music labels, distribution platforms, and artist management. Celena has honed a distinct skill set, seamlessly navigating the industry's intricacies while advocating for diversity and inclusion.
Now, Celena has taken on the role of Head of Artist Relations at EVEN, leading the team's charge to bring a plethora of emerging, established and legacy artists to the platform along with developing impactful partnerships with industry leaders across distribution, label and management companies.
Prior to EVEN, Celena served as the VP of Marketing at Love Renaissance (LVRN), VP of Artist Streaming & Strategy at Human Re Sources under Sony and The Orchard and spent time at Apple Music spearheading numerous marketing campaigns for marquee emerging talent and brand partners.
