Schnee in Tropicaos

​Tropicaos reflects on the relationship between art, technology, and cultural geopolitics. Migrant artists from the Global South living in Berlin work from a dual perspective: critically appropriating technologies linked to the Global North while re-signifying them through their own contexts.

​The Pocket Gallery becomes a space of transit, enabling their voices within traditionally exclusionary frameworks. Technology shifts from medium to symbolic terrain, where the peripheral asserts presence at the center.

​The proposal unites artists in an interdisciplinary experience of live electronic music and digital visuals, creating an immersive sensory encounter that explores experimental rhythms, atmospheres and expressive languages.
