Why sponsor
Solve a real problem. Hand a room of motivated people your hardest challenge for a day.
Hire. Watch candidates work under pressure on a real problem. Best recruiting environment we know of.
Sales channel. Tool Sponsors meet potential clients (other sponsors, attending companies) in a working setting, not over coffee.
Test your product. Put your tool in front of diverse users and watch what they do with it. Immediate, unfiltered feedback.
Train your team. Send your people. They come back with concrete ideas, new skills, and the motivation to actually implement AI.
Networking. Twelve hours in one room with the brightest minds from the most ambitious companies in Estonia.
Hosts
Carmen Kivisild — Scientist by training, now CEO and founder of Elnora AI. In 5 months went from never having written a line of code to building tens of agents that run her entire company. With a forward-deployed model she now trains founders and executives to do the same. She has trained tens of scientists to adopt AI agents in biomedical labs and run hackathons and workshops across the US. Companies she has worked with see 75%+ agent adoption across their teams.
Risto Jamul — CTO of Elnora AI. Co-facilitates hands-on sessions, runs the troubleshooting bench, and handles the deep technical questions.
