AI for Science: Lab Agent Workshop
Two Day Event April 29th and May 1st
In two lunch sessions, you'll set up a working AI agent environment and use it on real lab problems. No experience needed, but you do need an active PAID Claude subscription (Pro or Max).
You’ll leave with:
A complete agent setup ready to use
The ability to build your own agents
Elnora running on your lab data
A clear understanding of what AI agents actually do
Each team gets 6 months of free Elnora access + $300 in credits (enough for hundreds of protocols). You only pay if you go over.
Workshop 1 — Setup Day · April 29
We’ll set everything up together, step by step:
GitHub + VS Code
API keys stored in Bitwarden
Claude Code with pre-built agents
Elnora connected to your files
Your first real agent run
You’ll leave with everything working.
Workshop 2 — Solve Real Problems · May 1
Bring a real challenge from your lab and we’ll work through it together.
Examples:
“This transfection protocol keeps failing—why?”
“I need to onboard a new cell line”
“Generate an iPSC protocol based on our past runs”
“Search PubMed for CRISPR delivery methods and summarize for our target”
Submit ahead of time so we can prep, or just show up.
About Elnora
Elnora generates and optimises biomedical lab protocols. It works autonomously across the full workflow — literature review, protocol generation, troubleshooting, and optimisation — and learns from your data, including failed experiments, over time.
Domains: cell culture, iPSC differentiation, organoids, CRISPR, assay development, transfection, protein expression, flow cytometry, molecular biology.
ISO 27001 certified · SOC 2 Type II (in audit) · GDPR compliant · Your data is never used for model training.
