The GenJam Director's Cup is a 16-country, single-elimination AI filmmaking tournament — the first of its kind. Teams go head-to-head in GenJam's signature 4-hour creative sprint, using OpenArt.ai to write, generate, and edit a short film from scratch under a shared prompt and strict time limit. One team advances, one goes home.

Every match shares one core prompt: tell a story about your country. Teams have 4 hours to capture something true about where they're from. The sub-theme drops live at kickoff — no pre-written scripts.
