​Marcel Mansfeld is CEO (previously CPO) of ToolTime, where he's digitizing the skilled trades with intuitive software used by thousands of craft businesses. With 15+ years building startups, Marcel previously led product at SumUp and co-founded NewStore (mobile-first retail) and pepperbill (hospitality POS). He's passionate about creating products that simplify complex workflows for small businesses.

​Himadri Joshi is an SPM at Moonfare by day and a sports instructor on weekends, bringing a strong IC perspective from AI/ML product experience, food tech at HelloFresh, and being a course instructor at The Alliance. He will share how to build in a regulated environment, such as private equity, as a customer.

​Ankit Dhingra is a Product Lead with 10 years of experience building insight-driven products in PLG and payments. He previously led the Payments for Alternative Accommodations charter at Booking.com, supporting 3.5M+ partners across 80+ countries and 50+ currencies.

​Alexandru Dorobantu is Head of Payment Ecosystem at Payrails with over a decade in global payments and fintech. He previously served as CPO at Bluecode and spent nearly four years at Delivery Hero leading payments strategy across markets. Based in Berlin, he specializes in payment infrastructure, cross-border solutions, and fraud prevention at scale.

• ​How do I get a ticket for the event?
  We have two options:

  • ​💙 Community Supporter can join anytime and support us with a coffee upon venue capacity

  • ​JOIN FREE is available two weeks before the starting date, upon venue capacity

• ​What if I’m unable to attend?
  No problem! Please let us know if you're unable to attend by cancelling your ticket.

• ​Is there any food & drinks at the event?
  Food and drinks (alcoholic and non-) will be available at the event. Please be aware that we are not responsible for allergies or any related issues. Attendees should exercise caution and manage their dietary needs accordingly.

• ​Ban policy, as we have limited tickets!
  While we understand plans can change, cancel your ticket to make space for others. Our 3-strike rule may result in a 6-month ban for repeated instances of cancellation.

• ​How to change your joining status
  On the Luma app or from your email confirmation, you can access your ticket and click to cancel your attendance.

• ​Closing door policy: Can I enter after 19:00?
  Doors close promptly at 19:00 to ensure the event begins on time. Please arrive a few minutes early for a smooth entry. Your punctuality helps us deliver a better event experience. Thank you!

• ​How is marketing communication from sponsors working?
  By signing up, you agree to be contacted by ProductLab Community and our event partners regarding future events, newsletters, hiring opportunities, or promotions.
