Lisbon Loras ⌁ Outdoor Cinema with MiniMax H3
🇬🇧 LISBON LORAS is going outdoors. 🎬
On September 24, LISBON LORAS returns for a special outdoor cinema night in Caparica, in collaboration with MiniMax, bringing together AI filmmaking, live demos, screenings, music, food, drinks, and community all under the Lisbon night sky.
This edition is built around MiniMax H3, with a selection of films from the H3 Open Call presented as part of the outdoor cinema program.
We’ll also be joined by Arlo aka Alexandre Garnier, a Paris-based film director working across cinema and generative AI, for a guest talk and showcase of his work.
Our Supporting Partner, Mirelo, will join us for a live presentation and demo of their AI audio technology for visual media.
As always, this is not just about watching it’s about being in the space, connecting with other creators, exchanging ideas, sharing work and spending the evening together as a community.

Supporting Partner
Mirelo is a European frontier AI research lab building state-of-the-art generative video-to-sound models. Their technology uses video itself as the prompt to create tightly synced, context-aware sound for visual media.

Alexandre (Arlo) Garnier is a Paris-based film director working across cinema and generative AI. His work includes the first fully AI-generated commercial film for Orange, as well as projects for LVMH, Cartier, Dior and Longchamp. His practice explores how generative AI can expand cinematic language while keeping story and emotion at the centre.
