​​​If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, your ticket may be transferred to a future workshop with advance notice.

​​​To reschedule, guests must email us at least 14 days before their scheduled class date.

​​​Each ticket may be rescheduled one time only and must be used within 90 days of the original booking date.

​​​Our classes run on a set schedule. Guests arriving late may miss portions of the experience, as we may not be able to restart or repeat instructions once the workshop has begun.
