• ​Don’t wear clothes that bleed color

• ​Don’t come fasting, overly full, or hungover

• ​Don’t join if you recently had surgery, stitches, or fresh tattoos

• ​Not allowed if pregnant or under 16

• ​Menstruation: No ice bath (even with menstrual cup not advised). Best to attend 10+ days before/after cycle
