How to create Game Characters in ElevenLabs
If you've been looking for a sign to finally try doing games, this is it!
Join us for a beginner-friendly evening of building with AI, meeting new people, and creating your own 2D game character with ElevenLabs! They will kindly provide credits for all of our guests of the night :)
Your guide for the evening is Cavan Judge, creative technologist, 3D design lead, and visual effects artist. He's known for his 3D/4D digital visualization work in engineering, as well as his visual effects contributions to major feature films including Guardians of the Galaxy and Edge of Tomorrow.
What you'll learn
This one's built for complete beginners. If you're more advanced, come along too, especially if you're up for sharing what you know with whoever you get randomly teamed up with. That's half the fun.
And if we've got time, we'll play with ElevenLabs to give your character a voice or sound effects!
Complexity
⭐ (1/3 stars). No design or coding background required. We'll teach you everything you need to start.
You'll team up in small groups and build something together. Make a hero, a villain, a weird little creature, whatever idea you come up with. There's no pressure to finish or ship anything. The goal is simply to experiment and have fun.
Who's it for?
Anyone curious about AI, wanting to try character design, or who just likes creating things. If you're mostly coming for the people, and an excuse to build something gloriously silly, that's a perfectly good reason too :))

These events are free and always will be, but we're now asking for donations if you can.
