Lenka Huang is the co-founder of B.E.L.L.E, whose career spans product management, enterprise AI strategy, and venture investment. She recently keynoted Mongolia DevSummit 2026 and is now advising the Mongolian government as a partner in shaping the country's national AI policy and strategy. Her work centers on building a global ecosystem where opportunity meets talent and capital meets demand — making sure the next generation of founders and operators can reach the rooms where AI's future is being decided.

A little while ago, the idea that Lenka Huang would be advising a national government on AI strategy would have sounded far-fetched. She wasn't chasing it. She was simply building B.E.L.L.E on one belief — that access to the right rooms changes everything — and following that belief, one unexpected door at a time, all the way to Ulaanbaatar.
In this talk, Lenka traces that journey: from a community-first mission, to keynoting Mongolia DevSummit 2026, to becoming a partner to the Mongolian government on its AI future. Along the way, she'll make the case that we've entered a new era — one where energy, connectivity, and computation, not models, are the real bottlenecks, and where that shift is quietly redrawing the map of who gets to build.
Emerging markets have a real but closing window to shape their place in the AI era. And the bigger lesson runs underneath it all: the most important doors are often the ones you didn't know to knock on — and the rooms we've historically been left out of are exactly the ones worth walking into when they open.
