This four-week introduction to mindfulness and meditation meets you right where you are. You’ll learn what meditation actually is (and isn’t), explore common myths, and experiment with simple practices that fit into real life even if you have a busy schedule or an anxious mind. This is an excellent preparation for people who are curious about exploring different meditation circles or deepening their practice.
In this final week of Meditation 101, we will:
Explore the differences between visualization, guided imagery, and guided meditations
Discuss how to integrate practice into daily life that supports long-term success
Attendance to previous weeks is not required.
