Sudbury Pilot Launch by Enabled Talent
Building Local Workforce Pathways for Northern Ontario
Sudbury Pilot Launch by Enabled Talent
This session marks the launch of Enabled Talent’s Sudbury pilot project, focused on strengthening local workforce pathways across Sudbury and Northern Ontario through inclusive, accessible, and community-led approaches.
Northern Ontario communities are facing growing hiring needs across key sectors, while a large local talent pool remains underconnected to jobs, training, and employers. Employers are looking for practical, regional solutions, and residents continue to navigate fragmented systems to access opportunity.
Enabled Talent is working with municipalities, employers, institutions, and community partners to help bridge this gap—supporting coordinated workforce pathways that respond to local labour needs while expanding access to employment.
This first session brings together leaders from government, economic development, education, employment, and community organizations to begin shaping a Sudbury-led model that can scale across Northern Ontario.
Additional partners, speakers, and next steps will be shared during and after the session.
