​​​Facilitator：Mayuka Yamazaki (IKERU - Ikebana Artist)

​From McKinsey to the Harvard Business School Japan Research Center, and then an unexpected turn to become an ikebana artist — Mayuka Yamazaki has built a unique career bridging business and sensibility. In this workshop, participants will engage in the practice of arranging flowers to listen to their inner voice, while creating one collective work that harmonizes each person’s perspective. The process of shaping something beautiful without a single “correct” answer resonates with how teams and organizations cultivate creativity and leadership. By stepping away from titles and outcomes, you will have time to center yourself and rediscover your own essence. Rooted in Japanese tradition, ikebana opens up a fresh perspective that can inspire your next challenge.
