Previously a VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester, he developed frameworks like the Marketing RaDaR and co-created the Social Technographics Score. His career includes founding search coverage at JupiterResearch and developing industry standards for DoubleClick, Macromedia, and the IAB.
A Cornell University alumnus, he has worked across New York, London, Berlin, and Vancouver. When not analyzing market shifts, he enjoys cooking and sailing tall ships.
