Driving Social Impact through Innovation: The GreenPod Labs Story
As part of the ArthX initiative, we are hosting a virtual knowledge session focused on how innovation can be a powerful driver of social and environmental impact.
In this session, Deepak Rajmohan, Founder of GreenPod Labs and an HDFC Parivartan Grant recipient, will share his entrepreneurial journey of building climate-resilient solutions at the intersection of sustainability, agriculture, and technology. GreenPod Labs is known for its pioneering work in extending the shelf life of fresh produce, reducing post-harvest losses, and strengthening farmer livelihoods—addressing some of the most critical challenges in India’s agri and sustainability ecosystem.
The conversation will delve into how purpose-led innovation can translate into scalable, real-world impact, the challenges of building in the sustainability space, and key learnings from navigating early-stage growth with the support of institutional and corporate partners. The session will also offer valuable insights for founders, innovators, and ecosystem stakeholders looking to build solutions that are both commercially viable and socially meaningful.

ArthX is a joint initiative by AIC ISB and HDFC Bank Parivartan.
Under the Parivartan StartUp Grants program, ArthX supports revenue-stage startups from Punjab building scalable solutions in sustainability—across climate action, circularity, clean energy, sustainable agriculture, and green manufacturing.
Selected startups will receive grant support of up to INR 10 lakhs, structured knowledge inputs, and access to a strong ecosystem of mentors, industry leaders, and partners.
