Aliveness Circle [public]
What does it mean to be fully alive?
Not just okay. Not just functioning. But truly, deeply alive — lit up, present, and at home in yourself.
If you've been asking that question lately, or wondering why you stopped, this Circle is for you.
✨ THE ALIVENESS CIRCLE is a warm, intimate gathering for builders, transitioners, leaders and changemakers who want to live with more alignment and aliveness. We explore aliveness through the science and wisdom of flourishing, incorporating positive psychology and spiritual teachings.
What You'll Experience:
Inner listening meditation — Use your body's own inner signals as a compass toward aliveness
Aliveness Map™ + Peer Coaching — Explore your unique pathways toward fuller aliveness, then go deeper in a small group with peer coaching support
Creative expression activity to give form to your unique flavor of aliveness
Closing— Carry something real back into your life
This Circle Is For You If...
Your life looks good on paper, but something inside feels dim or constrained
You've drifted from what actually feels true to you
You care deeply, but you're burning out or losing yourself
You're navigating a transition and wondering who you're becoming
You crave real connection — the kind where you don't have to perform
